A Visit for the Cousins

Scott, Marie, and Mia came to visit in September and we had so much fun together. They took baths and played peek-a-boo, played on the scooters and gave everyone hugs. The family got together many times and everyone just had to get their hands on sweet Mia. It was a wonderful long weekend!

Fountains are for playing, right?

When we first installed our fountain several years ago I did not think it would be such a source of entertainment. This summer Braden discovered the fun Jackson has enjoyed in years past. Jackson even showed his little brother a few fountain tricks. They were both soaked at the end of this and had so much fun!!!

An Afternoon of Fun With Friends

In August the Zeebs came to visit and we had a little BBQ. As you can see the weather was hot and we had a blast. I can't believe it is November and I just realized these posts were hanging out! Time sure flies.

Sometimes you just get too tired to hold your head up!

This is the only time Braden has fallen asleep like this. Usually he is way to distracted and interested in what is going on around him. I thought it was so cute that he just tipped over in his high chair during dinner. What a sleepy little guy!

Tualatin Valley Preschool in the Crawfish Festival Parade

Every summer Tualatin has a craw fish festival. This year Jackson's preschool participated in the festival parade through Tualatin. Jackson, Shaun, and I were in the parade and Brade, Grammy Claudia, and Grammy Dotti watched. Much fun was had by all.

Brothers in the Bath

Almost every night the boys take a bath before bed. They have a lot of fun playing together now. It is so fun to watch their relationship develop. Plus, brother hugs and baby bottoms are pretty darn irresistible!

How does all that goofiness fit in one body?

Jackson is pretty cute too, but lately he is all about being goofy when the camera is out. I love that he feels so free to be the goofball he is! I hope he always feels safe to be himself in our house.

The Cuteness is Almost too Much

Sometimes I just can't choose from all of the cute pictures. Braden has such a sweet face, and looks so angelic. Looks can be deceiving though, he has quite the little personality these days! We are loving getting to know this sweet boy and all of his mischievous tendencies!

The Two Sweetest Smiles I know in This World!

Two Dudes in a Crib

This was probably ill advised, but everyone needs a little fun. I can still hear the giggles from Jackson and Braden while they jumped in Braden's crib. Some of my favorite moments and pictures come from those everyday moments that make life seem so full!

Best Brothers.

Goofy Jackson.

Silly Braden.

I tried to get another cute shot of them both, and Jackson was "helping" Braden look at the camera!

Do you hear the ice cream truck?

This summer we have discovered an ice cream truck in our neighborhood. We hear it driving around, but have never captured it when we were out in the front yard. The other day we finally got lucky and timed it just right.

The waves are coming...

One of our favorite games at the beach was to let the waves chase us. We had so much fun, until one caught Jackson, threw him down and doused him head to toe. The last picture in the series is Jackson in my jacket because he was so cold after "going swimming" int he ocean!
