Pulling Up and Letting Go!

Boy are we in trouble. Not only is Braden crawling as fast as he can, wherever he can, he is also pulling up any chance he gets. Oh I feel the walking coming on! Yikes! :)

Do you see those teeth?

It took nine months for teeth to break through, but Braden finally has two teeth on the bottom. They finally show up now that he is ten months old. He is getting to be such a big boy!

Jackson Loves to Read

We always read before bed each night, and often times at least once during the day. Jackson has really gotten into "reading" by himself. I love that he is so interested in books.

It was Warm Enough for Ice Cream

Jackson loves treats, probably too much for his own good, but we had to stop for a treat with the warm weather! Clearly he enjoyed every last bite!

Off to the park we go!

Last weekend it was beautiful here! Not just sunny, but 80 degrees too! We just had to head to the park on Sunday afternoon.

Shaun's 30th Birthday in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Included here are a bunch of shots from our Mexico trip. It was awesome and relaxing. We missed the boys, but enjoyed our time just the two of us. A big thank you to Grammy Claudia and Papa Stephen for taking good care of our sweet boys.

A beautiful Mexican sunset.

Canopy zip line tour.

Bougainvillea flowers.

We went on a pirate cruise...the ship is in the background.

Two funny signs we saw. We wondered what ship we had to get on to pay golf. The other sign made Shaun laugh out loud. He had to take a picture to show his buddies and his dad.

Shaun on the golf course...he played three times while we were there.

A crocodile Shaun practically ran into on one of the golf courses.

Birthday dinner for Shaun. The big 3-0!!!

The view from our balcony.

Hanging Out and Taking a Sink Bath on Easter

Braden took in all the sights on Easter. He was happy to watch the big kids during their egg hunts and wild playing. He is such a happy little guy, always willing to flash a smile. At the end of the night he even got a bath in Grammy Claudia's sink. Jackson and Sydney helped out.

Smiley Braden.

A happy bather!

Hunting Easter Eggs at Grammy Claudia's

Mason, Sydney, and Jackson hand an Easter egg hunt at Grammy Claudia's house on Sunday. They had fun finding eggs hidden all over the house. We then had a yummy dinner and some great family time. Grammy Agnes and Grammy Dot made quick work of the died eggs too.

A Quiet Morning of Play

Every once in a while we stay in our jammies for most of the day and have a quiet play day. This weekend the weather was nasty and it seemed like the perfect time to break out a bin of Jackson's old toys that Braden is ready to tackle. The boys played together for close to two hours uninterrupted! What a beautiful morning we all had!

When you see the tongue it is a sure sign of concentration!

What a sweet little face that is! I love the cheeks!
