Oh Miss Gatsby, How We Will Miss You!!!

Last week Miss Gatsby found a quiet place to go to sleep for good. She was a wonderful addition to our family for 11 and a half years, and she will be so missed. Here she is with two of her favorite people. We love you sweet girl!

The ipad and Sweet Brothers

The latest obsession at our house is the ipad. The boys love it, as do Shaun and I. They are pretty good about taking turns, but it does cause a bit of tension when the sharing is forced. Mostly though, I love that they will curl up together and play.

Daddy and His Dudes

During the Superbowl this year there were plenty of snuggles to be had. Daddy took advantage!

Gotcha!!!

I know this looks like Jackson is torturing his brother, but if you could hear them laughing you would know how much they were having. Sometimes the bin that holds the toys is just as fun as the toys themselves!

An Evening of Fun with Our Friend Benny

My friend and coworker Elizabeth's little boy goes to the same daycare as the boys. Once in a while when she and her husband can't find a sitter we volunteer because the boys love each other so much.

Braden, Benny, and Jackson in a cute group hug!

My dudes, including the big one, are clearly corrupting sweet Benny with their jumping on the bed.

Jackson is playing basketball...and loving every minute!

Rock Band Anyone?

Shaun is trying to create an entire rock band in our family. Perhaps he will get a lead singer out of number three when he or she arrives! I believe he has the guitar covered!

Christmas Morning

Christmas Eve

The wonder of Christmas was in full force this year. The boys had so much fun!

Christmas Cookies and A Gingerbread House

We have a tradition of making Christmas cookies with Grammy Claudia. The new kitchen island was the perfect spot for this year. It seems to get more and more messy the older they get, but we have so much fun!

After the Christmas cookies we decided to decorate a gingerbread house too. Thank you Costco for the pre-assembled house. I am certain this project would have been a disaster otherwise!

O Christmas Tree

I am playing catch up a bit, so here are pictures from getting our Christmas tree and putting it up.
