Braden - first year of preschool Jackson - 1st grade
Funny faces!
Jackson in front of school on the first day. He was so proud and only let Daddy walk him to the front doors. He knew where to go and was off like such a big boy.
Jackson and Braden never really loved the bottle. The would eat enough to get by and then want to nurse all evening when I got home from work. Callan seems to be better at it from the first try. Daddy had the honors of the first bottle, and it went great. Love that number three understands home to keep Mommy and Daddy sane!
Right before school started Grammy Claudia and I took the boys to Oaks Park for a little fun end of the summer celebration.
Braden loves to mini golf.
Jackson does too!
Braden and Jackson on the little roller coaster like big boys. They are both tall enough now!
Jumping frog ride.
Jackson had to show me the big slide.
Braden on the left, Jackson on the right, random little girl in the middle! So funny!
Braden picking a toothbrush at the dentist. This was his first visit.
Braden was so brave and in such a great mood at the dentist!
Jackson got his teeth cleaned. He is a pro now!
I love his cool guy shades!
The cousins all celebrated their birthdays together this year. They are spread through the year, but this way we all got to be together.
Opening gifts.
Zac watching the action.
Auntie Linny found a princess dress for Mia.
Legos for Jackson.
Mia loving her princess dress. A girl after my own heart.
Zac getting his own Monkey George.
I am so glad that the littles are still young enough to be thrown in the bath together. All to soon they will be way to big and grown up for this. I cherish these times while they are still here!
When Scott, Marie and the kids were here for the wedding we had a BBQ to get all the out of town family together to see them and us. It was a great time with margaritas, yummy food, laughter, and many hugs.
I love that the boys enjoy sharing their bedroom now that Callan has arrived. The other day I found them quietly reading on the floor. It was a miracle! Then I asked for smiles. I believe the goofy phase has set in!!!
